Editing pages
After you have edited or created a page, be sure to write a summary and/or check the button that says "minor edit" if applicable. This makes it way easier to administer the pages.
If someone has edited the page while you were editing it, merge your pages together, adding the info that isn't in yours, and replacing your own text if the other person's info is more covering.
General reminder
When editing a page, use the following: Punctuation. Grammar. Spelling. (No Shorthand) Correct linking. (Described below) Links to pages that have already been made, if applicable.
Embedded links
If you want to link to an article, but don't want the name of the article itself to be there, instead of writing [[Main Page]], for instance, writing [[Main Page|Something else here]] will still link to the 'Main Page' article, but will instead show as "Something else here"
Linking to other pages
- If you wish to link to a character, use "Character:Charactername"
- If you wish to link to a guild wikipage, use "Guild:Guildname"
- If you wish to link to a raid, use "Raid:Raidname"
- If you wish to link to a player/person/user, use "User:Username"
